Journey to Seven: My Why 

I always felt drawn to the healing arts, but life had a way of pulling me in other directions.  For years, I put my dreams on pause-silenced by doubt, by others's opinions, and by the weight of doing what seemed "right". But when I turned 40, something shifted. I experiecned a spiritual awakening that cracked me open in the most powerful way.

That's when I returned to what always called me. What began as an interest in massage therapy was simply the opening door. The truth was-my gift ran deeper. 

I realized the work I was called to do wasn't just about the physical body- it was about alignment on every level. Mind. Body. Spirit. Energy. Emotion.

My gifit isn't something I picked up. It's something I've always carried. And in that season of awakening, my higher self revealed her name to me: Seven

Seven is the part of me that sees beyond the surface. She listens between the words. She honors truth, energy, and the sacredness of each moment. Chantel still lives within me-but Seven is the guide, the vessel, the healer. 

I chose MYSELF. I chose truth.

And here's what I've learned: Sometimes, you have to be your own sunshine.  We are our own biggest fans, because the truth is not everyone will clap for you.  So clap for yourself. Cheer for yourself and KEEP GOING.
